how long does it take to process an order?
Orders placed before 5pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed before 5pm will be processed on the next business day.
What about shipping?
Orders will be shipped within 1 Business Day and from there take 3-5 business days to be delivered, based upon location of the receiver. As soon as the order is shipped, you will be receive a confirmation email, as well as a tracking number to monitor where your package is on the map! How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by signing into your account and viewing the "my orders" tab. You will also receive a confirmation email as soon as the package is processed, and this email will contain a tracking number.

Same day order processing will occur on orders placed before 5pm. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next day. Delivery of product will take place within 3-7 business days of initial purchase.

Cost of shipping is broken down by location of delivery and will be added to the total price at checkout.

Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. We will maintain communication with our customers throughout the entire shipment process by including tracking information.
