Return/ Cancellation Policy:

 

Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled event or booking. This gives the opportunity to fill the event. You may cancel by phone by calling (631) 750-7007. If you have to cancel your event, we offer you a full refund if you cancel before the 24 hours. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 24 hours, you will lose the payment for the event or booking

 

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
